Attempted to install curseforge 1.16.5 but it crashes constantly. Forge for 1.16.5 also fails repeatedly. All builds keep failing despite having no mods installed. I don’t have a crash log available since the file isn’t present. Could someone share crash reports or help with this Minecraft issue? Thanks, no need to include Minecraft stuff in the final post.

I face the same issue when using the curseforge launcher, but it functioned with the latest forge version. It didn’t work with the curse launcher, which might indicate a problem with that launcher...

I just made a duplicate of the installation and it functioned for me. I also took out the immersive portals file from my mods—no idea if that affected it.
