It's been roughly a week since I cleaned it. I was hoping to add it to my brother's setup, but I doubted myself because I didn't want to disrupt his system while troubleshooting. Maybe I'll try rebreathing it and see how it goes. Thanks.

Just place it on paper to dry completely, ensuring it’s not damp. Wait until it’s fully dry before proceeding. Once ready, reassemble the PC and verify everything functions properly.

Run your processor on your brother's board. Memory too, but one by one. Check your card in his setup as well as the PSU. Keep doing this step by step. All the way down to the motherboard last. Then file a return. Short version, the whole thread anyway.
