Did you try MSI Afterburner during gameplay to check GPU usage? It's possible your Warzone frame rate drops due to GPU limitations rather than CPU issues.

Sorry, it's 144hz at 1920x1080. All background apps were closed. The benchmarks look good—I think it's just the real game performance. 😤

I wasn't sure, but I was thinking about it. Right now I'm using Windows 11, and a clean install would either reset my PC or completely reinstall the operating system.

I don’t know what to focus on when using MSI and playing, but I’m wondering what I should check since my GPU temperatures are fine. I’m not very sure about all the other stats, are you?

If your monitor is 144 then every frame ABOVE that is basically just 'waste' (as it were). You aren't seeing it, the monitor can't show it to you due to its own physical limits. The main point here is to avoid big dips that might be noticeable while playing. This could be achieved through different sync techniques, but G Sync would be the best option with your graphics card if the monitor works well. You might want to set a frame limit and tweak settings to keep things steady and close to the monitor's limits.
The other thing I think about is that you usually can't compare your system performance to online reviewers or benchmark numbers as a strict guide, since you don’t know what settings were changed, what’s installed, or the details of 'silicone lottery' and how much the same parts vary.

At extremely high FPS, screen tearing becomes less noticeable, and seeing a third or fourth of a frame can provide the player with crucial information they wouldn't otherwise have.

I personally find it hard to tolerate this, so I always opt for G-Sync or V-Sync, preferring consistent frames over maximum refresh rates.
