MS Paint remains unchanged, but Windows 7 made significant updates. You can simply revert to the previous version if needed.

They implemented a feature allowing users to pick their preferred version of Paint MSN Live. This could have been part of Vista.

Most people used it for Photo Gallery because it supports a wider range of image formats, including RAW, and allows quick adjustments to JPEG files. You can also install other programs—like OneDrive—which is already set up—under Windows 10, and it functions well.
