CPUZ reports a speed of 1064.5MHz x 2, totaling 2129MHz, and this matches the task manager stats too. It looks like it's running faster than expected.

It's running on J-DEC. You should navigate to the BIOS and select an XMP profile such as 3200MHz CL18 (first digit). Ryzen prefers quick RAM, and it will perform more than 10% better overall.

At Bios in atmos with a profile configured, it appears attempting to set the DOCP at 3600mhz during selection.

Pick up two sticks, enable the XMP setting, and check if it improves things. Then switch to H2 Windows.

I'm really skeptical about that. It usually slows down to 3600 while gaming, depending on the number of cores. I think the OP probably means it's set to default, which shouldn't cause problems. The "45 minutes" part sounds like a memory leak—likely a known Windows issue. Also, strictly speaking, these aren't just minor micro stutters; they usually happen consistently due to poor frame timing. Suggested solution: check the link I shared with @OP for a cleaner standby list. Try it out and let me know what happens. It seems like this could actually help fix the problem. PS: I don’t really understand why it isn’t listed in troubleshooting forums—it’s helped so many people before.

You can operate the software either in its standard setting or modify certain parameters as needed.

For optimal performance, start with default configurations, but verify the memory usage is at half your system's RAM capacity—like 8GB for 16GB. However, this setup isn't ideal for gaming. You should remove two sticks so only the remaining ones match the speed rating. Check your manual for placement instructions. Reset CMOS and set XMP to the actual rated speed of the RAM you keep (3200 or 3600). If problems persist, consider using ISLC. Generally, mixing all four sticks isn't recommended unless you're certain about the process.

I've cleared the CMOS, probably by placing a screwdriver over the CLRTC pins, restarted it, and set the frequency to 3600MHz. It's now loading in Task Manager and I'm testing it with a game to check if the issue is resolved.
