All drivers are current, but I’m not sure how to pause my CPU for auto overclocking.

Could you clarify if you're asking about using Ryzen Master for a specific task?

Check XMP or JEDEC documentation for details. They typically report speeds in thousands due to MHz scaling. Use CPU-Z to verify actual performance.

All Ryzen models support OC options named Precision, which is acceptable. Unless you selected an "optimized" setting, it should work. Which version of Windows are you using? Are you viewing full screen? Is both RAM operating at 3200MHZ? Is XMP enabled? Are you using the most recent Windows release? Try launching just the game without any background applications running.

In Ryzen Master set to Default control mode, the CPU clock speed displays a maximum of 4,200 MHz, which it achieves, though there’s no option to adjust it if needed. I’m playing in fullscreen, but I’ll just verify if the XMP profile is enabled.

It's not necessarily bad to be on version 1909 18363 of Windows 10 Pro. Many users have successfully run updates and continue to use their systems. Always check for the latest security patches and features before upgrading.
