M378A1K43CB2-CRCD0 is a budget DDR4 Samsung C Die with high overclocking potential exceeding 3000 MHz.
I added a second identical RAM stick and set the XMP profile. My RAM now runs at 2933 MHz. In games such as Far Cry, New Dawn, BF5, and DMC5 it stutters for a couple of seconds before returning to normal, then again stutters and then reaches 60 FPS. I installed them on an SSD, but the issue persists. During gameplay my GPU usage is around 99%, temperature stays between 74–75°C, and CPU usage is roughly 25–30%. RAM usage is about 10 GB on BF5. It’s hard to understand what’s causing the problem.
Verify your VRAM consumption using Afterburner. Adjusting in-game options such as shadows might help complete the optimization.
