I believe I accidentally fixed the issue. The game ran smoothly for about 4-5 hours without any crashes. Rather than cutting GPU overclocking, I slightly lowered my frequency and increased the GPU voltage (+43mV) and power/temperature limits, which led to a higher boost (1400MHz to 1425MHz). Since then there have been no problems, and I should be able to verify it tomorrow or the following day.
It hasn't stopped working, their expressions remain locked in that same state.
The issue began appearing across different games instead of just the main one. After extensive research and testing, it seems the graphics card is gradually failing. It no longer manages high demands properly.
