I don't understand what you're talking about. Just reinstall it. Who knows what else might be broken.
Attempt sudo pacman -S lib32-glibc on the second terminal. Are you linked to the internet through Ethernet? If not, you can configure it yourself using wpa_supplicant at the provided link.
