Consider trying pacman -U /var/cache/pacman/pkg/glib2-2.66.6-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst. It seems there might be a typo, so you could simply tab through the input. The exact version isn't crucial. If downgrading isn't possible, reinstalling by copying your home folder to an external drive might work.

It seems the issue isn't resolving. If you can't use Pacman at all, things are likely unsolvable. You might want to check r/linux4noobs or similar communities, but my suggestion is to back up your home folder and reinstall.
