In that situation I believe I won't be very useful. The last time I worked on Intel was with DDR3 on Haswell. I have some Micron and Samsung 1600MHzCL9 sticks paired with 2200MHzCL9-2400MHzCL10, but otherwise my Haswell chip performed poorly—its IMC, core and ring were bad, making it impossible to reach high clocks without excessive voltages even after adjustments.

I had prior work with Haswell and DDR3, right? I used 2400MHz 12-14-14-36 RAM on some HyperX 2x8Gb modules. No overclocking allowed since the CPU was an i5-4590...

You can see which items are available by checking your system details. Look for the Burner or compatible components in your device settings or manufacturer's website. If it's blocked, verify the region restrictions and consider alternative sources.

Taking out the heatsink isn't advised. The burner might misinterpret it, no matter what.

I was searching for a Thaiphoon burner to keep the sticks intact, just for fun.

I just verified it, but it seems they're not functioning yet.

In addition to memory sticks, it's possible the board itself isn't suitable. Could you clarify which Z490 board you're referring to?

The device being referred to is the Z490 Aorus Elite AC. It supports Ballistix connectors with 4000MHz ratings, and its maximum RAM speed is up to 5000MHz.

With two memory modules? Then consider adjusting the secondary and tertiary timings (besides tREFI, aim for a lower number for better stability)

Identify the specific components listed and determine the necessary adjustments. Check the BIOS for details on changes and their costs.
