Some risers can divide a single PCIe Gen3 x16 slot into two PCIe Gen3 x8 slots. However, GPUs might not fit in regular cases, you may need a better power supply, and performance could drop based on the riser type. Uncertain at this point.
Use the PCIE 1x port located on top with a riser cable. Invest time in thorough research before setting up a mining rig—study existing configurations and build a reliable system. The setup includes two PCIe slots, one of which is a standard x1 slot rather than a full x16 slot.
