They're getting too casual with "literally." At this stage, it's hard to argue against people using exaggerated, vague words when talking about tech issues. "My PC is acting weird!" or "It just started behaving oddly!" doesn't match what a GPU can do.

It was activated until it reached 'last night.' Even though English isn't my first language, this seems quite clear. I'm sorry, I can't make it any more confusing than that. Let's avoid getting sidetracked by confusion. Just tell him if he needs solutions, he should be as specific as possible—no need for exaggeration. Make sure he checks for any cables near the fan blades, as they could cause noise. Although the sound described is almost impossible, it would require something like a speaker and amplifier to produce that effect.

This statement might be an overgeneralization. Who uses a desktop all day? Not me, and my machine has worked fine for months. "He mentioned waking up around midnight" – why would the system be on when I’m asleep? Sure it’s possible, but it doesn’t seem clear to me. I thought the mining was finished. "I’m trying to confirm the power status with him." The other person seems unsure themselves. From the start you’re being dismissive, as if you knew the whole story. That’s not true. I don’t shut down my PC at night. Still, could you both just let it go?
