It's operating at XMP, but a JEDEC 5200MT/s would be extremely high. Check if you can boost the MHz or reduce the CAS Latency (CL)—higher MHz and lower CL mean better performance. The RAM 5600CL34 is inferior to 6000CL34, which in turn is worse than 6000CL30.

99.7576 BCLK paired with a 26 memory multiplier. If it's the RAM the laptop includes, it comes with its running JEDEC standard. You can find 2x16GB kits up to 6400MHz here: https://www.amazon.com/Kingston-Technolo...B0C3J1GC17. I’d suggest going for 6000MHz since it’s likely you won’t be able to use the full 6400MHz anyway: https://www.amazon.com/Kingston-Technolo...B0C3HS9JVQ
