I think your temperatures are a bit high. What’s your cooler? On another note, your i5-13600K was lagging in Cinebench R23 by around 1000 points, and reviewers mentioned that after overclocking it runs about 1.5K above stock while generating a lot of heat. So your performance might change depending on the situation.

Are you certain of the temperatures? The H150i 360 AIO stays under 84°C even when overclocked.

With control in place, the device can reach 240W PPT using PBO. At 105W it operates steadily at 3700MHz.

Ryzen processors manage heat differently than Intel ones. Intel chips keep increasing speed until they hit their maximum limit, while Ryzen follows a more regulated path similar to a GPU. They start throttling earlier, gradually reducing speed to avoid reaching TJMax. On my 5900X, I notice the clock drops when the die temperature or package hits 70°C. At 84°C, performance is noticeably lower than at 64°C. Keeping Ryzen cool makes a big difference in overall speed.

Additionally testing at 5900x, just completed cinebench 23 for initial assessment. Single core 1611 maintained stable temperatures around 54°C. Multi-core reached a peak of 74°C. It seems the AIO mounting pressure might need adjustment.
