You could reach out to AMD and ask for a different GPU, but they might still send the same one.

Check your monitor's refresh speed—it might be limited. The Unigine Valley Extreme HD preset performance is better than just frames.

Your monitor runs at 50Hz while your TV is at 60Hz. You’ll need to adjust the settings later to match them properly.
