This might indicate the video card is reporting 202 MHz, which could be related to the issue you're experiencing.

It seems the system isn't operating under load.

lol thanks. hey to be fair ive never over clocked anything. I'm mostly an intel guy. and every build ive done has gone smoothly so i figured this would be my project lol. I'm also not use to any of the software as on my main rig i use none of it. Everything was plug in and ran amazing.

track FPS, CPU frequency, CPU temperatures, GPU temperatures, CPU utilization, GPU utilization, RAM usage and attempt to identify issues...1800x should handle overclocked GTX 1080 without trouble in games. I'm running Mass Effect: Andromeda at 85-90FPS now, with a CPU matching Ryzen's IPC, so a R5-1500X seems like the right match for modern titles. I'd trade for an R5-1600 and a B350 board if needed.

It seems there might be some unnecessary software running. Running programs like Ryzen Master or Command Center in the background isn't necessary. Consider disabling them to improve performance.

You're experiencing an issue, but the cause isn't clear yet. Keep tracking @i_build_nanosuits for better insight. Once you identify the problem, you won't have to recheck everything each time you play.
