You're experiencing a performance gap between your hardware specs and actual frame rates. It sounds like the GPU isn't utilizing its full potential, possibly due to driver issues, thermal throttling, or software limitations. Checking for recent driver updates, ensuring proper cooling, and testing with different settings might help. Also, verify if your game or application is optimized for your hardware.

Over the past while I've noticed Warzone FPS fluctuating. It swings between over 100 and around 70-80 depending on conditions. I'm running a 2060 with an i5 10400f, 16GB RAM at 1440p. On average, I see 75-90 with everything cranked up, except for effects like film grain and shadow adjustments. If my setup works similarly, the original poster should reach closer to the 140 range they're aiming for, especially since they're using an OC 3080.

That's not what I heard. Could you clarify what you meant by "ini"?

They understand exactly what they modified in the config file. These settings let you adjust things like lighting, which can either boost your frame rates or have the opposite effect.
