Is Windows 10 current? D.O.C.P. represents AMD's XMP profile with a 2:1 scaling factor, resulting in 2666MHz at 1333Mhz. SMT is included in UEFI. You should enable it, then turn it off and re-measure. However, the available software lacks a native benchmark tool, complicating performance comparisons. For gaming, consider DX12 mode. Any additional frame rate improvements will need CPU overclocking and tighter RAM settings.
Windows is current, I tried turning off SMT before. Links provided show performance differences. I was using performance mode since my FPS was lower on DX12.
It's tough to gauge accurately when playing Fortnite. If you had to choose, I'd go with whichever measurement you found most reliable.
The game ran smoother with SMT turned on, achieving around 80fps, while disabling it brought the frame rate up to about 100fps. That difference made a noticeable impact.
