Looking for cheapest option for hosting a gaming server for Arma 3 50+ players... I was talking to a guy before and he said "never buy, from sites like gameservers, as your paying for their support and functionality of pre installed games". I believe this to be true as for Arma 3 it's $100 a month for 50+ players. He then recommended some type of thing what was way cheaper... I forgot so was wondering what it is and will it handle Arma 3, also got to be Australian based? Sorry

No, not the version with 7 down and 0.80 up. It's the best option available in my country. I'm reaching out because I haven't found its name.

This setup can support that kind of server, though the VPS options come with a higher cost. It might be worth checking whether they permit server hosting, as some services restrict game server use.

Yes, I replied, didn't I?
They provide a wide range of hosting options, from games and websites to virtual machines and dedicated servers (did you even check their website?)
I’m not sure they don’t have Australian hosting—they haven’t hosted a server there before.
