It looks like a reasonable price for $10-20 instead of $100 for armored servers.

The connection attempts to those servers should be a minimum of 200+, or possibly lower if available in NZ.

As I mentioned, I wouldn't be sure if they have any connections there. They could have them or they might not. If they don't, just move forward and look for another host.
