In Ryzen Master, choose an available profile and enable Precision Boost Overdrive. The values will display. For example, most 35W TDP parts like the 5650GE typically show PPT 48, TDC 30, EDC 50. In BIOS you can adjust these settings if needed. If Ryzen Master restricts it, you can modify BIOS settings instead.
