Looking for advice on reducing clock speed and lowering voltage for a 5600x?
So I have been thinking about undervolting and underclocking the 5600x for quite sometime. Currently PBO is disabled and there is no overclock on anything. I looked at videos like this one: He is using Ryzen Master (Which I feel it could be a permanent if he used the BIOS) and he is manually adjusting his clock speeds for all 6 cores and lowering the peak voltage. In the video he lowered the speeds for all 6 cores to 4350 and the peak voltage from base 1.3V to 1.15V. Now I am unsure what to do here! I am using a Gigabyte B450M DS3H V2 board so I am assuming there is a wat to do this via BIOS. Plus, I am unsure if the tests he is doing is well accurate and will not degrade the 5600x's lifespan. ANY tips are welcomed or even better, straight forward unclocking/volting videos for the 5600x

You should adjust the PBO limits by removing PPT, TDC, and EDC. This will decrease power usage and lower temperatures.
