It’s a mid-range option. A bit more expensive than some alternatives. The gap between the cheapest and most costly units, excluding the transaction fee mentioned, and The silentium which isn’t listed anywhere I’ve seen is around 12€ and one tier. It’s quite a split. Of course, that’s fine. Or any of the other choices for the reasons discussed. The 550s are expected to hit their best performance longer because the machine doesn’t run at full speed all the time, even when active. The 650 performs better during operation. It has a bit more power than the 550s if you decide to upgrade later. There’s an approximate wattage cap for single GPU ATX setups based on how much heat a two-slot GPU emits, and the 650 fits that limit. I think there’s almost no difference between semi-modular and full modular setups unless you change cables, since the motherboard power is always available. Even non-modular models are a bit tricky because you end up with extra components, but at least you always see the cable locations.
