DDR5 is a solid option since most 16gb configurations are still uncommon. I picked DDR5 for my latest build.

In gaming, you get an extra 20 frames per second at 1080p with a 4090 graphics card. If you work on video editing or rendering and juggle many tasks, having 32GB of storage makes a big difference.

When selecting motherboards like B660 or Z690, verify they include a flashback feature (especially if you're stuck with older BIOS versions).

When you open Task Manager, it indicates you have 14GB or more of RAM. It might be a good idea to add more memory since you're close to reaching the page file limit.
