I'm using the Noctua NT-H1 paste from the box. There are two 120mm fans on the front, not 200mm.

The CPU is fixed at 88 W PPT. These components have a soldered IHS design. This isn't the responsibility of AMD. OP, could you clarify your thermal paste application method? Which motherboard are you connecting it to? What power usage does HWiNFO indicate? How is the cooler secured in place?

Pea siezed bean setup. Achieves full coverage... CPU cooler placement is correct? Only one method for installation. Motherboard model is AORUS B450 Pro Wifi.

No, I haven't performed any BIOS or chipset driver updates. My CPU voltage isn't specified.

Updating the chipset driver and adjusting the power plan for AMD Balance can provide some improvement. Changing the voltage to 1.3 will also lower temperatures.

Indicates the motherboard affects power management moderately but remains within the D15's limits for cooler operation. Likely draws around 100 W maximum. P95 Small FFT represents the most demanding thermal scenario. Noctua's FAQ supports this observation: https://noctua.at/en/nh-d15/faq#226 Which matches my experience with Zen 2.

Your 3600 on Prime95 results are being compared. I noticed you adjusted the heatsink fully down and tried OC mode on Ryzen Master with 1.2V and 4.2GHz, which lowered temps and boosted clocks. Also, you mentioned using Hyper 212 with a Noctua NF-A12X25.
