Hey there, I tried getting this new G402 Mouse set up, but it’s not showing up in the G Hub app. I’ve checked running with admin rights, uninstalled and reinstalled, even restarted it a few times—still nothing. I’m a bit stuck and hope someone can help. Also, in Device Manager it lists as “HID-compliant mouse” with both devices showing the same status. It seems like the hardware is working but the app isn’t recognizing it. Thanks for your help, and don’t worry, just need a solution without relying on G Hub. P.S. The LED inside is functioning normally, but I can’t access any gaming features through the app.

It occurred with my G502 recently. It might have been caused by a Windows update or the G Hub functioning normally. I fixed it by removing and reinstalling the G Hub without restarting the system. Have you considered changing the USB port?

Same as before. Yes, I've switched the USB port and uninstalled and reinstalled the G Hub...

It's unusual, haven't you? Have you used it on another device?

I only have my PC around. The mouse functions fine, but without a G Hub it doesn’t work well.

I noticed the mouse isn't responding in the BIOS settings, but it functions elsewhere except for that issue. The same problem persists, and no devices are being detected.

That's unusual, my 502 functions properly in BIOS (except for the DPI switch).

You're experiencing the same problem with the same mouse, but the keyboard works while the mouse doesn't.
