She experienced a similar issue and we tried basic troubleshooting by unplugging and plugging it back into the USB port. Once it worked, the PC recognized the mouse again. However, after updating the mouse's firmware, I noticed an option in the Logitech G Hub that suggests using its internal memory for gaming profiles. I’m curious if disabling this feature could resolve the problem. While many people use different profiles for various games, I hope adjusting it might help.
