Light Warzone FPS setup for a mid-range PC

GPU is MSI GTX 1600 Ti, CPU is i5 9400F, RAM is 24 GB at 2600mHz. I generally play the game at 40-50 FPS, but benchmarks show up to 100 FPS stable on similar systems. I’m unsure why it drops so low, despite trying fixes like adjusting task manager priority, enabling UAC virtualization, or using ISLC. No luck so far. Anyone with suggestions would be great!

Looking at the readings, use hwmonitor to verify. Adjust any overclocking settings if needed.

It's interesting to note that even when the system is idle—like just Firefox with a few tabs—the CPU stays around 100°C, which is unexpected, especially during gameplay.

Sure, I think my settings are lower than expected and my FPS is still poor. I also have dual-channel RAM.

Is the system designed for dual-channel operation? (Available in the correct slots) Yes, you'll need an upgraded cooler. Also, verify the thermal paste is applied properly.

Your processor is experiencing extreme heat reduction, which is the issue. Swap out the cooler and apply new thermal paste to check if it resolves the problem.
