Hello, I encountered an issue while playing Farming Simulator 22. The error message from the event manager read: "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck." It listed a specific memory error code and mentioned a DMP file was saved. After running mem diag, it confirmed hardware errors in the memory and advised contacting the manufacturer. If the problem relates to RAM, you might want to check for faulty modules or update drivers. Also, since Paint.NET showed choppy performance when cropping images, consider closing background applications or updating your graphics drivers. Task Manager shows full 16 GB available—ensure no processes are consuming excessive memory. Let me know if you need further guidance!
You might consider reducing your RAM speed if XMP/EXPO is enabled and run a memtest to verify. However, besides adjusting speeds back to defaults, a faulty RAM module could be the issue. I haven’t run memtest much, so it won’t pinpoint which stick is problematic. You could try removing one stick, testing it, and switching if necessary.
I haven’t done any overclocking, and all 16 are present. My PC was assembled in 2020, which makes me worried about the RAM failing. That’s frustrating.
I would reposition the RAM, adjust BIOS to Auto/Default, and then perform another stability check. Start with both modules, then proceed sequentially if needed.
