I just updated the system and it’s having issues with loading content quickly. While browsing is smooth, switching tabs is slow and colors shift. It seems the problem might be related to using an HDMI display connected to a USB dock that also has an HDMI output. The main monitor connected to the GPU supports HDR, but the HDMI screen doesn’t. My PC specs are: 6750 XT, Ryzen 7 5700X, 16GB RAM, 750W PSU, B550-F Gaming motherboard. The NVMe drive is the only potential bottleneck with limited write and read speeds. All drivers are up to date—checked Armoury Crate and manufacturer sites. Any suggestions? Feel free to ask for more details.
You're stuck with just one RAM stick, which limits your performance. Using a USB dock for display seems unnecessary and could actually complicate things.
Only one RAM stick provides a minor performance boost, around 2%. It shouldn’t cause frequent crashes, and the dock is needed because I don’t want FPS drops due to GPU handling on two monitors.
Typically the browser isn't active despite some problems, but I wasn't familiar with MultiPlane Overlay MP. You might look it up online or check documentation for this tool.
Bandwidth isn't really a factor for launching apps you already have installed.
He mentioned that the single channel shouldn't be a concern, which is something new to hear about it being an issue.
