Two days ago I decided to experiment with a "swagway." In short, I injured my left elbow joint. I had to wear a cast for 2-3 weeks and can't avoid games that long. I tried a controller but it still caused strain. Would using a gamepad work? Can you play an entire game on one?

Adopt a comfortable stance that lets your arm reach the keyboard easily without straining.

The device is positioned with the cast covering the joint, making it impossible to move it in any direction—it remains locked at a 90-degree position.

I was looking forward to diving into some SWTOR (MMO) gameplay.

That's beyond my expertise. I have limited knowledge of MMOs and control systems, and from what I've seen, these can be quite intricate. Trying to map one to a gamepad might be challenging.

Position yourself at a 45-degree angle, adjust your keyboard, and place it at a comfortable distance so you can easily access your mouse and keyboard.

Sure, because I think sitting is easier now. @Arty’s idea would work better, by the way. Haha!
