I was really thinking about looking up that video on Ben Heck; he’s done a few more too. For your problem, a more affordable option seems to be something temporary—like placing it closer to your injured limb, perhaps lying it on your stomach or chest near the cast.

Choose one of these options: the Logitech G600 gaming mouse or the Razer Naga Rebind key set. They offer excellent performance for most games. It works well enough, even for someone with limited mobility, though practice is needed. However, using it extensively can be costly and may lead to significant challenges if you're not careful.
