They're a bit off about the high speed and low latency aspect. Most fans want even faster DIMMs with minimal delay. Manufacturers handle that by offering them at higher prices.

Another poor evaluation from jaytwocents. He omitted the 1% low fps, which is what truly gains from low latency memory. He also limited the test to an Intel CPU, even though it's widely recognized that Ryzen processors benefit significantly more from fast RAM than Intel chips.

Examples:
DDR5-6000 CL30 compared to DDR5-7200 CL34 offers improved speed and lower latency in the latter.
2x16GB DDR5-7200 CL34 versus 2x24GB DDR5-7200 CL34 usually shows better initial performance from the second unit due to timing advantages.
