I’m not able to set up any long-term installations at the moment, since I’m staying in an RV. However, once we settle into a new home, I’ll take care of that.

The satellite is truly the ultimate emergency fix ^^. Once you're relocated, you don't require a 100mbit link to maintain strong latency. Any connection can provide decent response times, but it still relies on factors such as distance from the nearest network node, etc.
