I recently purchased some PC components and will share the list below. https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/B2RNBj It might not be the most cost-effective or high-performance option, but it was a gift from a friend.

Regarding the PC setup, I followed several guides on cable connections and power inputs, but my machine still won’t boot. I turned on the PSU switch and connected the correct cables. However, some of the instructions I was using were a bit outdated. My system has different configurations that weren’t covered in those tutorials. If you need further details or pictures of the cables, please let me know where to connect things like audio, power, and so on. Since I’m not as sure about those guides anymore... feel free to ask if you require more information.

Additionally, many components were discounted, including the case, power supply, and GPU.

Verify your RAM modules are placed in slots 2 and 4. Start testing one by one, beginning with slot 2.

It seems your system might run on a very old BIOS version. Updating could require an older processor, like as far back as the Ryzen 2000 line. Check if the motherboard has a label indicating the BIOS version or look for information on the packaging.

The 5500 was launched after the other Ryzen 5000 processors. It needs BIOS version F63, while most other 5000 models require F61. Checking your current BIOS version might provide guidance.
