I was planning to inquire about the fan configuration (intake/exhaust), but it seems there’s an issue here. The board is delivering 1.5V to the CPU. Reset the CMOS and attempt a stress test once more. If the situation remains unchanged, consider updating your BIOS.

You're the hero. The latest bios made it stop auto-boot management. Once fixed, it looks great—only 1.31V at full load. Temperatures reached 74°C across all cores. Thanks to everyone for your support!
