All these fans are struggling due to high exhaust. Swap the top two case fans to improve airflow. Alternatively, place the exhaust and intake at the front panel for better performance.

Attempt it again. The case fans seem to be directing air through the PSU, which is likely the main route for ventilation. Turn it off, then switch the fans upside down. Fingers crossed the new airflow will assist.

Also consider using a negative voltage offset if you want to maintain the stock version. It’s not a defective chip. A 280mm AIO meets the minimum needs for 10850k/10900k. The chip is fine.

Thank you for the feedback. I adjusted their orientation, but it seems the issue lies in releasing the warm air instead of allowing proper air circulation.

Usually I avoid overclocking chips. The main way to keep temperatures manageable is turning off HT on 5 cores, which also reduces heat from the die's surface.

Lol. Daum! I don't really believe in AIO units, so I can only help here. Make sure to check the waterblock or pump and listen for flow—confirm it's running strong. With a hot configuration and a good pump, you should see hot air being pushed out. You've got a powerful 14nm chip, like my 8700K with double threads instead of half. That means you'll have a solid space heater for the winter. Probably need to upgrade cooling, maybe a bigger case. Need to know if the minimum is 120.2 or at least 120.3. Also, your screen shot showing 4.2ghz and 1.088v wasn't the same voltage as the 4800MHz load screens you showed. Can you share a CPU-Z image when it's running at full load at 4.8ghz? (CPU Tab)

I believe unless someone offers another idea she's just an extremely powerful chip. The pumps are running, the radiator's hot... the fan kicks up when under load. I'm confused! Stress testing a 20-thread CPU at 4.8ghz must be quite demanding!
