Nothing functions properly with six wolves surrounding you. Stay active, install Riva Tuner and set the limit to 40. It seems Riva includes a technique for smoothing, making 40 frames per second work well.

I've watched his videos. He's a troll. Lock on isn't always reliable and shouldn't be used in most cases. If you approach an enemy 10 levels higher and just start attacking them, you'll likely die quickly. The foes he targeted were five levels above him and were basic bandits. You should aim where the stick points. Just learn to handle multiple enemies at once. Use your signs to draw enemies out of position. Keep using Quen often. When you're completely surrounded, that's when you should retreat. If you're not surrounded, try another dodge. This is meant to be challenging, but mastering signs, dodges, and sword attacks makes the fight much smoother and more rewarding.

The AMD driver update for Witcher 3 is available now and should be active for about two days. It might help improve your frame rate.

And only engage if it's a one-on-one. Locking down otherwise means you're in danger right away.

Consoles often choose to cap at 30fps for stability. This happens when playing TF2.

It's interesting to see some individuals express strong opinions about popular games. They might be trying to make a statement or feel more significant by criticizing well-made titles. Perhaps that's what someone like Worth a Buy did. I hope I eventually get the game, but I'll still keep an eye on it since many times I buy games because of hype and end up feeling let down or uninterested.

It doesn't matter since the human eye can't perceive more than 24 frames per second.

Since they’d get caught once anyone tried to test this massive, eagerly awaited update, it doesn’t seem very probable. That would be an extremely risky move.
