I noticed your PC has an orange light on. I checked to see if turning it off would help, but pressing or keeping the power button active didn’t make a difference.

Check the power supply and ensure it's properly connected before removing it. Disconnecting it carefully can prevent damage, but if unsure, avoid it to protect your PC.

Windows doesn't shut down automatically; it switches to a sleep mode as a convenience to save roughly 30 seconds during restarts. To power off your computer: In the Start menu, find the power icon—a circle with a vertical line at the top, typically at the bottom. Choose Shut Down. When prompted, select "Shut down" to completely turn off your PC.

Orange light might indicate a standby LED on a board or a RAM/CPU fault code. Once power is off, reposition RAM and GPU, ensuring 24-pin + 8-pin cables are properly connected. If the system still doesn’t respond after reseating, the issue could be a case switch wiring problem or a motherboard malfunction.

This was true when booting from an HDD. With recent systems and SSDs, it makes no distinguishable difference. My own computer boots in 8 seconds from cold for example.
