For safety, keep it simple—just use another email address. If it resembles Steam, bans are tied to the linked email and phone number. You might try contacting Blizzard support until you get a real person to review the ban instead of an automated reply. If your claim is correct, request they check IP addresses and/or hardware IDs. In the future, think about using Blizzard authenticator to protect your account.

If your account was compromised, they can view the unique IP address and should consider reinstating your access.

They were trying to pressure me, but it doesn’t lead anywhere. I’m definitely going to use the authenticator now. I’m not sure if it’ll be seen as a “hack” since all my accounts with the same password were taken, including my main email and Battle.net. I’ve been updating my passwords over the past weeks, but I hadn’t reached Battle.net yet. I think the person just had my password and signed in without asking.

I've already confirmed my account is gone. I don't think it will be retrieved. The only reason Luke regained access was his strong social media following.

For any meaningful worth—monetary or emotional—your account should be worth trying.

I got it at a discounted price of 20 USD and didn't spend it on loot boxes. My rank wasn't particularly high at the time.
