Interestingly, the update appears to perform better than the original... Perhaps it's due to being a more recent engine release. Either way, it's significantly improved now.

I've tried several more titles. Dead Space works well in 4K on my system, Crysis functioned with the x64 mod even at medium settings, and other games too.
