Needed to revert to stock settings, but it’s now running smoothly at 20C idle thanks to the new cooler, case, and thermal paste. Planning to test increasing the clock speed later.

Played Dragon Age once more; FPS fell but stayed above 40 at those temperatures. It might help to boost your CPU's clock speed while keeping temps manageable.
