The Tuff gaming board is currently the top choice for the B550, with the MSI Mag B550 Mortar Wi-Fi remaining a viable alternative. The Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro Wi-Fi stands out for Ryzen 3600 users, and the MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon Max also offers strong performance.
It doesn't matter which chipset you use, as long as it solves the issues for you. However, I really value having a stable Wi-Fi connection.
It's a B450 Aorus PRO with Wi-Fi, but the Pro model doesn't support it. The other version does work, though. You might need to check if the mini ATX model is available. From what I see, the mini version should be okay for you since it doesn't require extra expansion slots for a Wi-Fi card.

You're considering the b550 chipset, isn't it? That's the mini version, correct? I'd have chosen the Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro Wi-Fi instead, as it's roughly $80 less and offers a similar feature set except for the PCIe and SATA advantages of the b550. You won't need the additional cooling or power when paired with a Ryzen 5 3600, so it's just a six-core CPU. In my view, it's a bit excessive unless you plan to upgrade later.
I decided to stick with the b550 since waiting 10-15 days for a B450 was too long. I’m aiming to get the 3800x soon for video editing, and I’m hoping it will work smoothly without further issues.
