Issues with stuttering and low frame rate in GTA5
You're facing an issue with your system running at lower clock speeds than expected, especially when switching resolutions. It might be due to driver settings, power management, or hardware limitations. Try checking your GPU drivers and ensuring they're up to date. Also, verify that your monitor supports the resolution you're using. If the problem continues, consider adjusting power settings or testing with a different graphics card if possible.

The i5's i7 offers noticeable improvements in certain titles, especially in FPS, where frame rates often lag behind. Stuttering is common, but most reviews focus only on peak and average scores without detailing these issues.
