Issues with Ryzen 9 3900x speed and efficiency
Formatted Samsung 950 Pro, reinstalled Windows. Result didn’t change much. CPU temperature looks normal and clock speed stays steady at 3.98GHz.
It was a mistake, I intended 3200.
