I could possibly assume it's a driver problem?
Not completely certain, though.
The latest Game Ready Drivers are quite poor (GRD is generally bad) – the best choice is Studio drivers, which remain stable.
GRD functions as beta test versions that Nvidia tests with gamers before finalizing features and fixing issues for a polished Studio release.
Current Studio drivers are version 522.30.
DDU should be applied to reset and install fresh drivers.
NVCleanInstall is recommended to bypass Nvidia telemetry and GeForce Experience complications.

I'm not sure, this looks a bit overstated too. I haven't encountered those issues with Nvidia's Game Ready Drivers before.

maybe the issue lies with the driver settings, as I checked the Witcher 3 and noticed a similar problem. Turning off antialiasing triggers the same behavior, causing trees and bushes to appear pop in and out. I've already tried updating the drivers, but it doesn't fix the problem.

I didn't ask, but why would you choose to disable antialiasing?

since i play in 4k the aliasing isn't too obvious
turning on antialiasing actually reduces performance more than it helps
the game loses a lot of detail especially when i move around
in any case i've already made progress
using MSAA twice actually drops a few frames but keeps quality intact
for some reason msaa is the only one that doesn't blur textures
a few elements flicker in and out but they're rare

The response explains that MSAA prevents blurriness by rendering images at resolutions higher than 4K and then fitting them into smaller frames for sharper results, avoiding the need for complex softening algorithms. It also suggests a clean driver installation might resolve the issue, possibly due to corrupted files from an "express" update process, and recommends trying it as a quick fix.
