Hey, I'm running a 9590 and it's really heating up in unstable plasma. I'm downclocking to 4.6 to get more than a day of uptime. Also, liquid cooling is essential. You're better off if you've had to replace parts before. Most motherboards can't handle the VRM requirements for this model—most fail when you install it.

It's not great, but I'd rather enjoy Ultra in hell than Medium. Still, thanks for the support. It does help the pill come down easier.

I’ll never grasp the reaction to the recommended spec sheets.

This setup needs more powerful CPU than what the community considers necessary. You might prefer basic configurations, but others aim for better performance.

I can operate within the specifications defined for my rig's price range.

Hardware needs for games resemble power demands for GPUs. Most times these suggestions are completely unreliable, just a way for developers to shift responsibility.

We did the same, after reviewing your setup. You deserve better. I’ll be upset with you.

It'll run fine. Witcher 3 runs fine, GTA V runs fine, Far Cry 4 ran fine. I'll be fine, don't waste energy flipping out about small shit.

From my point of view, nobody pays attention. Even Battlefront doesn’t need a 4790K.

It doesn't need it; it's advised.
