Issues with default XMP settings on ASUS TUF Gaming X570 Plus and Ryzen 3700X
Hello everyone, I recently purchased this RAM kit: G.SKILL Trident Z RGB 64GB 3600MHz DDR4 (32GBx2) CL 18-22-22-42. The model is F4-3600C18D-64GTZR. After setting the default XMP profile to 3600Mhz in the BIOS, it didn't boot properly—system failed to start. I then changed it back to the default 2133Mhz. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.
No, using those low timings would rely on the JEDEC standard 2133/2400/2666, which is based on the RAM, and it could cause memory instability.
Operating successfully at 3200. Appreciate your confirmation. I retain all settings from the XMP profile.
