He managed to do it, though as I mentioned, he mostly stays in rural California. Processing an Amazon return would mean a three-hour round trip to the closest UPS location. UPS can’t collect or ship from his home. I’m praying Asus will fix things.
Asus declined all assistance. They instructed him to return via Amazon, leaving him with a three-hour trip. According to what I heard, a week later he’s still pending a refund. Surprising.
